A solid foundation is critical to the long-term success of your home. Every foundation passes local and third-party inspections — plus our own in-house quality-control checklists — before we build on it.
Framing, Systems & Windows
Your home takes shape — structure, roof, windows, and every major system behind the walls.

Framing typically takes 1–2 months, followed by mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation. We install the roof and windows, run dehumidification systems to stabilize the interior, and conduct regular inspections and progress checks throughout.
Finishes & Details
Cabinetry, tile, trim, flooring, and paint — this is where your vision comes to life.
